I started making jewellery in 1994, where I was finishing off my schooling at Bay of Islands college and not really sure what I wanted to do with my life. I was offered a jewellery apprenticeship by a small manufacturing retailer in Kaikohe, Northland where I successfully completed my apprenticeship in 1998.
I have since worked with various other manufacturing retail jewellers around the country, where I have gained invaluable experience and after managing a successful High street jewellery store in Auckland I decided it was time to set up my own business providing high quality jewellery with great service at a fair price. Jewlz handmade jewellery has been operating since 2009.
